Sandy’s story of why she got into real estate

Sandy Hernandez Miller’s love for real estate took root deep within her heart from a young age. As the youngest child in a family of five, with a significant age gap between her and her youngest brother, Sundays held a special tradition for Sandy and her parents. They would embark on a journey, hopping into their car and eagerly exploring various open houses throughout Los Angeles County.

Before venturing out, Sandy and her parents would pore over the showcase of homes advertised by new builders. The anticipation and excitement of exploring different properties fueled Sandy’s imagination and ignited a passion for real estate that would burn brightly within her for years to come.

During these formative experiences, Sandy’s parents made their first foray into real estate investment by purchasing a triplex. Through this firsthand exposure, she quickly learned the incredible benefits of having passive income and the immense potential that real estate holds for building long-term wealth.

Tragically, Sandy’s father passed away shortly after she obtained her real estate license. Despite this profound loss, she is certain that her father would be immensely proud of the strong work ethic ingrained within her by both her parents. They instilled in her the values of working hard, but more importantly, working smart.

This built her core foundation of hard work and diligence.

“Good at what we do; better at doing good.”
